Our disability employment services connect job seekers who are neurodivergent or living with injury, illness, or disability, to meaningful work opportunities. Uniting provides employment pathways, specialised training, and on-going support so you can find suitable employment that helps you reach your individual career goals.

Integrated family services offers practical support, information, advice, and opportunities to develop skills in parenting and household management to vulnerable families experiencing difficulties.
Depending on your needs, you can access tailored services which may include parenting skills development and support, referral and advice, advocacy and support groups.

The adolescent support program provides support to young people aged 12 to 17 who may be experiencing challenges with family, personal life and education.
Whether you are living at home with your family, in accommodation or transitional housing or living in the out of home care sector, you can access supports to help you build your social and emotional wellbeing, improve social skills, self-esteem and make better choices.

The Finding Solutions program provides flexible support to families with young people aged 12-17 who are experiencing conflict and difficulties. It aims to prevent family breakdown.
Finding solutions is a voluntary service designed to prevent further contact with the tertiary system and resolve crises within the family.

Caring for children with disabilities can present a unique and complex set of challenges. While it can also be extremely rewarding, families may face a range of difficulties throughout their journey. Children with complex disability needs supports children and young people who live with complex disabilities, and their families by helping them stay together. Access to this service is via referral only.
Uniting helps to support vulnerable children in need by connecting them to safe and stable homes with our foster care service.
If you are interested in assisting children and young people grow in a safe and caring environment; you can be a foster carer and provide emergency, weekend, short-term and long-term care. Uniting can also provide you with specialised training and support so you can provide the best possible care.
We have a range of services to provide you with support in your home and in the community, whether you are a carer, receiving care, or looking for some additional help to manage day to day activities.
Being a full-time, part-time or occasional carer can be challenging at the best of times. The Carer Gateway program is to help make your life a little easier with short-term services are available to help lighten the load and protect your wellbeing. You can access services such as carer counselling, peer support groups and respite assistance.

We work with young people living in Inner East Melbourne, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and offer dedicated programs that help them improve their lives, work towards their goals, helping them to build coping skills and resilience to break the cycle of disadvantage.
Our homelessness support services are here to help you provide information and crisis support to prevent homelessness, this can also include referral to other support programs in your area.
