Financial hardship doesn’t discriminate. If you are struggling to purchase basic necessities and pay your bills, Uniting Vic.Tas can lend you a hand. Through our bill and expense assistance service, we can help you pay for some essentials including housing, utility bills, and some back-to-school expenses.
This service is available at Bridgewater on Thursdays and Fridays, from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
We know that every family is unique, and some families require some additional support to ensure they can live happily and healthily. Uniting Vic.Tas offers families in Southern Tasmania and the Central Highlands parenting and skill development services to help strengthen their relationships and build confidence. Through our one-on-one parenting support program, parents can receive dedicated support to develop positive parenting practices and build upon their unique strengths.
Our Aboriginal School Holiday Program is available to children in the Brighton area from the age of 8-12, two days for each week of the school holidays.
